Cottage loft bed – An upstairs loft in a holiday cottage can be used for many purposes. That fits with the rest of the cabin, making the surface of the roof is the same as the rest of the house, so when you look up, you see a kind of roof. Then decide what purpose serve the area and is decorated in a rustic cabin style. Use the cottage loft bed area as an extra bedroom. If it is large and has a high ceiling, put in bunk beds, one at each end. If small, put a bed in a corner under a loft. Quilts hang on the railing overlooking the room below. This will provide some privacy despite the lack of real walls that enclose the room, and make a comfortable decoration that can be seen from the attic and below.

Put a computer desk in the loft and use the area as an office. A cabin can be a place to get away from everything, but if you have to take your work with you, you’re going to need a place to do it. A cottage loft bed is a nice place for a small office because extra space is not designated for another function. It is a fairly central location you will be aware of what others are doing in the cabin, but you will have a space for yourself to work to do.

A window seat in the upstairs loft can be an excellent place to sit and read a book or just look out the window. If you do not have a window seat, build one. Make or buy cushions that match your color scheme, and get some cushions for support. Curtains matching cushions are a nice touch, but a window like this does not need a window covering. A set of shelves can fill a nearby wall, or there is no room for a wall shelf, build shelves in the front panel of the bottom of the window seat.
